50% non-refundable deposit required to book Balances are due 24 hours before the event

Last-minute booking (within 48hrs of event date) will incur a $100 rush fee and total must be paid in Full at booking

Must have adequate space for photo booth and equipment set up and to allow spinning of 360 booth(minimum 12ft x12ft)

Deposit can be used to reschedule 1 time, and must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the event date, the reschedule date must be within 90 days of the cancelled event date (requested date changes are subject to approval by management and are based on availability)

Rescheduling that are made within 14 days of the of the event date will incur a $50 date change fee (requested date changes are subject to approval by management and are based on availability)

Location changes must be made at least 1 week prior to event date and may incur additional travel fees
Inclement Weather Policy:

In case of inclement weather please have an indoor or option that does not require the booths to be in the elements

Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather

Clients will be allowed to reschedule due to inclement weather up 48 hours prior to the event date
